Review of Life's To Short

The show Life's to short created by the creators of the office did not strike gold with this production. Instead I am afraid to say that they have failed miserably with this show. Unlike a lot of other successes this show was not entertaining at all.

The protagonist Warren Davis stars a failed actor in the British community. He plays a man whose life is going in the gutter losing his home, wife, business, and career in acting. The only person who could help him is Ricky Gervais who sees him as a joke.

The protagonist is also not a likeable person to the American media. He shows characteristics of narcissism, Napoleon syndrome, and an extreme pettiness. It is all about Warren Davis and no one else in the mind of his character.

Even with all of his struggles in life during the show there does not seem to be an evolution of the character taking place. He is forever the same character he has always been, but put in different circumstances not realizing that his constants are the main cause of his downfall.

This show is doomed to failure no matter how many famous actors they recruit to do five minute lines. The character is not willing to change or evolve, which would be fine if the audience could embrace him. The protagonist plays someone who resembles everyone in their life time, but the truth should make you laugh, and sadly the program does not do so. I give this program an F
